RABBY WALLET EXTENSION Raby Please read this disclaimer carefully before installing, accessing, or using the Rabby Wallet browser extension. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.
  1. GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY The Rabby Wallet extension is a self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet interface designed to help users manage digital assets across multiple blockchain networks. All content, features, and materials provided through the extension are for informational and functional purposes only. Nothing in the extension constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should not treat any information displayed in the wallet as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.
  2. NO CUSTODY AND NO CONTROL Rabby Wallet does not hold, custody, or control your private keys or digital assets. Your private keys and recovery phrases are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. Because you retain sole control over your keys, you also retain sole responsibility for the security of your wallet. We cannot recover your private keys, reset your password, reverse transactions, or restore access to your funds if you lose your credentials.
  3. HIGH-RISK ASSET WARNING Cryptocurrency and digital assets are highly volatile and carry significant risk. Prices can fluctuate dramatically, and you may lose all or a substantial portion of your holdings. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. You should never invest funds you cannot afford to lose and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
  4. SMART CONTRACT AND NETWORK RISK The extension may interact with smart contracts, decentralized applications, bridges, and third-party protocols. These interactions carry technical risks, including but not limited to bugs, exploits, malicious contracts, phishing attempts, network congestion, and failed transactions. Rabby Wallet does not guarantee the security, functionality, or legality of any third-party service. You are responsible for verifying contract addresses, transaction details, and permissions before signing or approving any transaction.
  5. SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device, browser, passwords, private keys, and recovery phrases. Recommended practices include using a trusted device, keeping your browser and extension updated, avoiding suspicious links and websites, verifying transaction requests, and never sharing your recovery phrase with anyone. Rabby Wallet will never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys. Any request for such information should be treated as fraudulent.
  6. PHISHING AND FRAUD AWARENESS The digital asset space is a frequent target for phishing, malware, fake applications, and social engineering attacks. Always verify that you are using the official Rabby Wallet extension from a trusted source. Do not install extensions from unofficial links, and do not approve transactions or token allowances without careful review. If you suspect compromise, disconnect your wallet, revoke permissions, and move funds to a secure wallet immediately.
  7. NO WARRANTIES The Rabby Wallet extension is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rabby Wallet, its developers, contributors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the extension. This includes, without limitation, loss of digital assets, loss of profits, loss of data, transaction failures, smart contract exploits, phishing losses, or unauthorized access to your wallet. You use the extension entirely at your own risk.
  9. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Rabby Wallet extension complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations and restrictions on digital asset transactions. The extension is not intended for use where such use would be unlawful or prohibited.
  10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The extension may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party service. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.
  11. CHANGES AND UPDATES We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the extension at any time without prior notice. This disclaimer may also be revised from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  12. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK By installing or using the Rabby Wallet extension, you confirm that you understand the risks described above and accept full responsibility for your actions and for the security of your digital assets. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you should not install or use the extension.
